Hoodie Kromka
Note: This pattern is included in Fresh Slipstitch as one of 8 patterns of the collection. Save buying this option.
It is also available as a single pattern in FGDesigns shop.
This hoodie is a perfect casual sweater that is loved by many. The design explores the use of traditional slip-stitch pattern placements.
The body of the sweater is worked in a single color in classic Stockinette. Set-in sleeves make a perfect fit without any bulk and helps to show off the color patterns.
The cuffs and front bands that continue around the hood are worked in a two-color slip-stitch pattern.
A clever and original two-color slip-stitch pattern is placed at the hem around the body. Using these original slip-stitch patterns sparingly keeps them from possible overwhelming the design.
If desired, shaping at the waist can be easily omitted for a boxy fit. A zipper is used for closure of the front.
