This is a pattern for two different crocheted drop hoop earrings - one that features a six-pointed star and one that features a flower. The stars can easily be worked in any size 10 crochet thread. I like to use metallics, so my stars “shine”! The center of the stars features bead crochet.

The flowers feature a bead center. They can be crocheted in any color and could be done in any size 5 thread.

This pattern, while fairly simple, is probably not appropriate for a beginner. It would be easier and more enjoyable for someone who has a bit of experience and feel for crochet.

They come together very quickly and make a great last minute gift.
