You can make this adorable little owl! He/She measures approximately 3 inches when completed. Use this little owl to make magnets, hair clips / hair bows, brooches, a patch…the possibilities are endless! I’ve been crocheting for a long time and have looked and looked for a simple owl applique pattern forever. I finally decided to design one myself that had separate wings that are a different color than the body, has a body that is one piece, and measures just the right size.

You will need to know how to (or learn how to): double crochet, single crochet, half-double crochet, slip stitch, chain, crochet in the round, and some very basic stitching to attach pieces are stitch the beak.
