This is actually two patterns! This is for the hope banner, which makes a great gift for someone you know who is fighting, or who has won the battle against cancer.

This pattern features filet crochet, and is worked from the bottom up. The large banner is made in one piece. The small one, is made in two colors, so that you can make a white banner, with whichever color ribbon that matches the cause or cancer that you would like to celebrate. You could use an actual ribbon if you like, but there are instructions on how to make a simple crochet ribbon.

This comes with both a written pattern, as well as the graph for both banners, plus links to a youtube video to explain how to do the 3dc filet crochet block, if you are new to it.
