Hope Bonnet
by Amanda Morse
This pattern is
available for free.
This bonnet was named such because the stitch pattern/faux cable appears to be “coming out of the ashes” of the previous row. So hope was the perfect name.
This pattern is worked with worsted weight (4) (I used knitpicks chroma) and a size 8 (5mm) straight and dpn, and size 6 (4mm) straight. Instructions are for working flat until the decreases at the crown.
Stitches: knit, purl, yarn over, knit 2 tog, wrap 2, p5togm5, cast on
Sizes included:
newborn
0-3mth
3-6mths
6-12mths
Toddler
