I call these Hopeful owls because they are sat on their little branches with the stockings hanging below.

These little owls look great in Sirdar Crofter dk, giving them a fair isle effect giving really interesting colour changes.

They really don’t take long to make and are excellent little gifts. There is just room in the stoking to add a small piece of jewellery.
