About: Hoppity Hop Bunny Hat is a sweet little Baby and Children’s hat designed for Easter. It is designed to be knit using a fluffy and oh so soft Alpaca, Possum blend from Outlaw Yarns NZ. The hat is worked from the brim upwards in the round and then the ears are picked up and worked flat. Although this is designed as an Easter hat, I think it would be pretty cute for any time of the year.

This pattern has been professionally tech edited and tested.

Fits approximate head circumference with standard hat ease of 4-5cm/2” negative ease.

Recommended yarn: 5ply/Sport weight yarn. I recommend using Outlaw Bohemia Light. Composition: 45% Alpaca 45% Polwarth 10% Possum.

Gauge: 28 stitches x 40 rows = 10cm /4” knit in the round in stocking stitch (3mm needles)
