This pattern was inspired by the long stretches of horizon I saw while on holiday on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. You will need to know how to work basic knit and purl stitches as well as the yarn forward, knit 2 together technique to make the lacy pattern. Depending on the size you choose, you will need 150-300g of blue yarn and 100-300g of grey, and size 8 (4mm) needles. Ideally you will also need to know how to wrap yarn in order to avoid having to sew the border on separately.
