Thrill your favorite equestrian by knitting this loom knit horse hat!

This hat is knit on the green 36-peg Knifty Knitter round loom and the All N One loom. It requires 185 yards of a bulky weight 5 yarn for the main color and 25 yards of a bulky weight 5 yarn for the contrasting stripe and nose. Another 25 yards is required to complete the forelock and mane.

Though the only stitches required are the e-wrap knit and the purl, there is shaping of the knitted parts and assembly, making this pattern suitable for an intermediate loom knitter.
