Hoshi - 星
The sound of the word is a pun; Hoshi is stars but also, a Buddhist monk that is enlightened and performs purification, and the corners dots on a Go board.

This hat was designed to take advantage of all of those scraps of sock yarn that every sock knitter has and has no idea what to do with it. The pattern takes about 70 grams of yarn to complete and the stripe pattern is left up to you.
