Knit in stocking stitch, with an opening flap across the middle of the bottle cover, secured by five buttons. Shaped at the top for the bottle neck. Top seam achieved by casting off back and front pieces together, and then finished by sewing the side seams.

The crotchet hook is required if you wish to decorate with appliqued flowers.
