Houlgate is a dropped shoulder top knitted top down without seams. You start by knitting the back then you pick up stitches on the cast on row to knit the front. Once the desired armhole height is reached, you join in the round to knit the body in stockinette. Finally, you pick up stitches along the armholes and the neckline to knit the borders in 1/1 ribbing.

Bust Circumference : 90, (94, 98, 102, 106), 111, 114, 120, 126, (132, 138, 144, 150) cm.

Recommended positive ease : 10 cm.

To select the size fitting you best, measure your bust circumference and add the recommended ease. Then, choose the finished bust circumference closest to the previous result. It is up to you to choose a more or less fitted size than intended.

Houlgate est un top qui se tricote sans couture du haut vers le bas avec une construction à épaules tombantes. On commence par tricoter le haut du dos puis on relève les mailles au niveau des épaules pour tricoter le devant. Une fois la hauteur d’emmanchure atteinte, on joint en rond pour tricoter le corps. On termine par tricoter la bordure des manches et du col en côtes.

34, (36, 38, 40, 42), 44, 46, 48, 50, (52, 54, 56, 58)

Tour de buste : 90, (94, 98, 102, 106), 111, 114, 120, 126, (132, 138, 144, 150) cm.

Aisance positive préconisée : 10 cm.

Pour choisir la meilleure taille, mesurez votre tour de poitrine et ajoutez l’aisance souhaitée. Puis choisissez le tour de buste le plus proche de ce nombre. Il est bien sûr possible de choisir d’avoir un tricot plus ou moins près du corps et de tricoter une taille avec plus ou moins d’aisance que préconisé.
