This pullover is worked seamlessly from the top down. First make two collar parts. Connect them by using “i-cord join technique” at the back of the neck. Pick up the stitches from the collar, and then begin knitting the body in stockinette stitch and Fluffy stitch before and after sleeve separation. There are also Wave stitch at the body’s sides and sleeves. The significant features of this pullover is lots of gathers and evenly placed Fluffy stitches, which resemble woven fabric.

This pullover has many stitches. Therefore lighter gauge yarn is recommended to achieve airy finish.

Yarn
5 (5) balls of Holst Garn Supersoft (100% wool, 314 yards / 287 m per 50 g). Approx 1385 (1570) yards / 1265 (1435) m fingering weight yarn. The sample was knit in color Vintage grey (size 1) & Iced (size 2).

24 stitches & 30 rows in 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch on larger needle, after blocking.

パターンについて
このプルオーバーは 左右それぞれの襟から編み始めて
首の後ろで繋げます. ひとつに繋いだ襟から身頃のステッチを拾い
往復編みで増やしていき 胸元のVネックで輪になり 袖を分けます.
メリヤス編みのなかにFluffy stitchを配置して 身頃の両サイドと
袖の外側にWave stitchを編みます.
ギャザーの分量が多いため 軽く仕上がる糸で編むことをお薦めします.
