This fun beanie can be adjusted to preference by adding a folded brim, adding a second contrast colour or making it sloughy.

This Pattern is FREE until the end of the year

The colour pattern is charted and has a written instruction as well

Size
This Houndstooth patterned beanie comes in 3 sizes, to fit 50-55(55-60, 60-65)cm / 18-20 (21-23, 24-26)” head circumference.

Yarn
Wat Wollie DK yarn (225 meters /100 grams) in 2 or 3 colours
MC 90 meters or 100 yards, about 50 grams
120 meters, 60 grams for a double folded brim
CC1 60 meters or 65 yards, about 30 grams
CC2 20 meters or 25 yards, about 10 grams

Needles
3.5 mm circular needles for the brim
4 mm circular needles for the body
Optional, 4 mm double pointed needles

Techniques

• knit
• purl
• knit two together (k2tog)
• knit in the round
• very basic colour work
• optional provisional cast on
