This pattern produces fingerless mittens which feature a houndstooth design on the hands. Instructions are provided on customizing the length of the ribbed, expandable cuff.

Size: Women’s, one size fits most

Finished Size (Laying Flat): Hand circumference ~21cm (8 1/4”); Length ~20cm (8”)

The pattern is written in standard American crochet terms. It is suitable for the advanced beginner.

This pattern calls for worsted-weight yarn and a 4.00mm and 4.5mm crochet hook. The samples in the photos were completed using Patons Classic Wool in ‘Dark Grey Mix’ and ‘Light Grey Marl,’ and in Lion Brand Fisherman’s Yarn in ‘Chocolate’ and ‘Natural.’
