Originally I designed these booties with Cascade 128 Superwash.
But I made them very stretchy that Worsted Weight just work as good.
If you are using chunky yarn like Cascade 128 Superwash, use US#9 needles, but if you are using Worsted Weight yarn like Berroco Vintage, then use US#8. My shoe size is 7.5 and either fit me just fine.

I designed these booties in the round so that there is no seaming. When you are done knitting, the booties are done too. No seaming at all!
