There are two versions of the hat, as the men in my household could not agree on which one was the coolest.
The blue hat is the hat my husband wanted. It does not have the thick brim in the edge. It is smoother as it is in plain rib and still flat on top of the head – it follows the scalp.
The green hat is knitted in double rib, which makes it look more “rustic”. It has a double brim, which is knitted so it is easy to fold. The hat can be easily turned and have fullness at the top, but my boys think it’s coolest that it follows the scalp.
