Design notes for creating the watermelon look for my Felted Drawstring Bag. The entire pattern is included in the Knitting Pattern a Day Calendar for November 17-19, 2009 as the watermelon drawstring bag.

There was a little confusion with the section involving the pink yarn and beads. This V.2 version fixed that.
