Hubby's favorite cable scarf
Hubby loves it : so soft and warm, so discreetly chic !
But I must admit that I love to borrow it from him from time to time … and I enjoyed knitting it too, because it is so simple to make, once the pattern is memorized (and it takes only a few rows to keep it in mind !).
I used Bergère de France Jaspée “Pangolin” to knit it, and I am sorry it is discontinued by now, but any well defined Aran yarn of your choice will do just as well.
Yarn substitution: you will find several suggested yarns substitutes on Yarnsub.
For more drapiness, I worked Hubby’s favorite cable scarf with bigger needles than recommended on the yarn label.
This beautiful unisex scarf measures approx. 18 cm x 170 cm/ 7” x 67” non stretched nor blocked.
Instructions are fully written, and 3 charts are provided to help you with the textured pattern.
Many thanks to my wonderful testers knitnskate icanhasmohair and Quinifer !!!
