HUDSON RIPPLE – Your shawl, bandana & scarf all in one!

Hudson Ripple is a tale of yarn. The Romney sheep whose fleeces make up 40% of this yarn can be found frolicking on the banks of the Hudson River in upstate New York. Creeks and streams flow through their pastures. It is this topography that inspires the waves and contours of the stitch pattern, resulting in a balance of geometric lines of simple cables and textured curves.

The scarf uses 1 X 100g / 220m DK skein, worked tip to tip.

The asymmetric triangular bandana uses 1 X 100g / 220m DK skein, worked from the same tip to a garter edging.

The large asymmetric triangular shawl uses 3 X 100g / 220m DK skeins, repeating and repeating the waves and cables to your hearts content.
