This literally came to me in a dream, so if it doesn’t make sense, please blame my subconscious :)
You can work it flat as per the chart, but what makes it cool is to do the badger separately (but also connected!!).
Use whatever size needles and yarn to get the size you want. I like to do a half double crochet border to stabilise it at the end (it gives it a nicer border).
