The Huldre Socks are inspired by the temperate and boreal woodlands of Scandinavia where you have to tread carefully not to disturb resting trolls and be wary of the seductive but dangerous Huldre that might lure you into the shadows so that you will forever lose your way.
The socks are perfect for low shaft boots from which the ribbing and colourwork will peak out.

Size as is in pattern is a women’s medium (EU shoe size 39-40) but adjustable by gauge and row count.

MC: 2 balls of Drops Nord (50g/170m) or similar weight of fingering 4-ply sock yarn. CC: Less than half a 50 g ball of fingering yarn in a contrasting colour.
