…………………………………………………………………

Hulst is a women’s sock design with just enough lace to keep things interesting, but plenty of easy stockinette to make the knitting zip along.

This is the third pattern in my All You Need Is One collection of accessories that use just one skein of yarn.

The pattern is named after Hulst Road, in Amherst, Massachusetts. The Brookfield Farm, where I shot the photos—is located on Hulst Road. As a shareholder, I’ve been going there every week since 1996 for fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, and flowers. It is my favorite place in my hometown!
