The story of Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree has always been a favourite of our family when the children were little. Who could not relate to the adorable bear’s love of sweet honeycomb dripping with golden goodness? This is the inspiration behind this sweet pattern!

This is a top (cuff) down sock.
The pattern is written for sizes small, medium and large (58, 66 and 74 stitches circumference).

Yarn and notions:

Yarn: 100g Fingering Weight
Sample in Smooth Sock, by Alley Cat Yarns
Colourway Lily

Needles: 2.25 mm on long cable for Magic Loop technique (or dpns if preferred)

Gauge: 9 sts = 1 inch in stockinette stitch

Notions: Stitch markers, needle for grafting, and scissors.
