This is an MODERATELY DIFFICULT PATTERN. Great for an adventurous beginner as well! It’s a lot of parts, but it’s nothing too crazy.

Materials and Supplies

Worsted weight yarn in desired color(s) for project – You will need white, black, three shades of brown, blue, pink, red, and a flesh tone. If you’d like to add axes then you will need medium brown and gray.

Size F crochet hook

Yarn needle

Pins (optional, but recommended for positioning the parts before attaching)

Stitch marker (optional, but recommended for marking the beginning/end of rnds)

Abbreviations/Skills Needed

Ch: chain

Sc: single crochet

Dc: double crochet

Sl: slip stitch

Inc: increase

Dec: decrease

St/sts: stitch/stitches

Rnd/rnds: round/rounds

BLO: back loop only

FLO: front loop only

Whip stitch/running stitch can be used to join the pieces. You can use whichever you prefer.

Gauge: approx. 4 sts/in and 4 rows/in.

Finished Huntress measures about 11” from tip of unbroken ear to bottom of foot.

Note: If you are familiar with my patterns, you know that I do a lot of work in BLO. This is not one of those patterns. Work both loops unless specified.
