Hyacinth
Hyacinth is a simple & seamless vest featuring A-line shaping and eyelet details. It uses Manos del Uruguay’s Alpaca Heather yarn, a beautiful sport-weight alpaca blend.
This pattern was originally part of the Spring 2021 Elizabeth Smith Collection with Manos del Uruguay/Fairmount Fibers.
Knit seamlessly from the bottom-up, Hyacinth is all about simplicity, but with a few little details to keep things interesting. It is meant to be worn in an open-style, but you can choose to add a closure or buttons if you prefer. In the sample photographed I used 2 different colors, but you can also use just 1 color if you prefer (as in the original). There is a Hyacinth tips page (link in pattern) that provides tutorials of all of the techniques featured in this pattern!
