SHORT OVERVIEW

The hat is worked in the round with a circular needle, bottom-up. Change to double pointed needles when necessary. First work rib, then work stripes in stockinette stitch.

The pink and blue petals are embroiled using duplicate stitch.

A pom is attached to the top.
