The Christmas socks of 2015!
Hylestad are a pair of cuff down knitted socks, knitted in the round with a reinforced round heel and a kitchener stitched toe. The inspiration for this design came when visiting the tiny village Hylestad in Norway last summer where we got served coffee at their local folklore cottage in porcelain made especially for them. The moment i laid my eyes on the gorgeous coffee cups I knew they had to be turned into socks and now six months later let me present my new sock pattern: Hylestad
The length is easily adjustable and it should fit most feet. The pattern is written out for 4 double pointed needles called needle 1, 2, 3 and 4. If you use the magic loop method please count each of your needles as 2 to follow the pattern.
