CONSTRUCTION NOTES
Cowl is first knit flat from the bottom up, increasing at each side edge to full width, then joined in the round and worked as a tube to the top edge, finished in garter stitch. Bottom edge is picked up and a simple garter stitch trim is worked in the round.
