This sock works up really fast using DK yarn. You need the following amounts for each size
size 1: 100g MC/50g CC
size 2: 150g MC/50g CC

The sizes listed are based on the foot circumference and not the foot length. For your foot circumference, measure around the widest part of your foot. Choose the size that will allow for 1-2 inches of negative ease to get the best fit. You can knit to the length that you need in order to fit. Further sizes can also be achieved by going up a needle size.
