This scarf combines two little known stitches in a single scarf. The pattern itself can easily be changed so that it can be lighter and wider for spring summer, or even heavier for next winter, and there are suggestions contained within the pattern

Both of the stitches tend to show off variegated yarn at their best, so those beautifully multi-colored yarns in your stash room might be perfect for this scarf.

Both of the stitches are written out only, as they don’t lend themselves to charting.
