Yesterday, as the snow fell outside, I was playing with an idea for a stress busting lavender sachet supporting our wonderful National Health Service.
It doesn’t take much yarn and is a quick knit. I’ve tweaked the chart after knitting it up so the finished letters in the design will have slightly improved proportions to the one shown in the photo on the pattern page.

I thought it would make a nice “thank you” for a knitter to make in appreciation of care received.

I knitted mine on 2mm circular needles and Magic Loop with 4ply sock yarn scraps. Gauge is not significant , especially if you line the sachet before adding dried lavender. It could be knit with any size needle and yarn you feel comfortable with, just the size will alter. The one I knitted came out 2” square.

Fill the sachet with calming dried lavender, or wadding with a few drops of lavender oil added.
