Body of Hat
Join sts to work in the round. PM to mark beginning of round to the right of where the 10 cast-on sts begin.

This pretty hat combines lace and cables with an interesting construction that is fun to knit and gives an adorable finished look.

It features a decorative knotted tie, which also gives the benefit providing an adjustable and perfect fit.
The knitting begins with the tie, worked flat in reverse stockinette stitch so it naturally curls inward. A lacy cable accentuates one side of the hat while the rest is in smooth stockinette stitch.
The hat can be made in a slouchy style if desired.

Photo shows the Small size. Please make the Medium or Large for a looser, more generous fit.

Sizes: Hat comes in 3 sizes, S, M, L, and will fit sizes 48-63 cm (19-25 inches).
