Materials
3.5 or 4mm hook. The sample in the pictures was with a 4mm hook
Darning needle
Light worsted weight Cotton yarn,
I used Hobbii 8/8
Yarn measurements in yards: red x 1, pink x0.5, bluex42, brownx5, light pinkx10, dark brownx2, blackx54, grey and white.
Back panel (usually black)x 3 yards.

please note that acrylic yarn should not be used as it can melt.

Size: if using a 4mm hook the potholder will be 8x7 inches.
Gauge: 4.5 stitches per inch
