DESCRIPTION
This is a simple, easy to knit, easy to wear, over-sized color-blocked cardigan that requires minimal seaming at the shoulders only, knit in one piece with sleeves picked up and knit in the round. Its name is inspired by the colors that reminded me of ice cream.
I used Plymouth Yarn Encore Tweed which is an acrylic/wool blend that can be machine washed. The tweed creates an interesting texture that lends itself well to color blocking. It is meant to be a relaxed fit with 8-12 inches of positive ease.
