I designed this Ice-Kissed Hooded Cowl for comfort and warmth during the frosty winter months. I used soft and cozy Scarfie yarn. The pattern is easy to follow, and works up quickly, while keeping you in crochet heaven. I hope you enjoy making this hooded cowl as much as I enjoyed designing it.
