Icelandic Cable Scarf
Description:
This thick cabled scarf is perfect for the chilly Icelandic winter. Lined on the back with coordinating fleece fabric it is a cozy retreat even in the outdoors. Furthermore this design is worked in a thick yarn for a quick weekend project. You can even wear it to work on Monday! Video tutorials of the stitches used are included in this pattern (see links below).

2 skeins of Álafoss Lopi, color: 0118 (109 yards per skein)

¼ yard of fleece fabric
Straight Pins
Needle
Thread
Scarf Dimensions:
4.5 inches wide and 50 inches long (4.16 feet)
Gauge:
2 dc in 1 inch wide, and 1 dc rows in 1 inch tall
