Note
Ichigo Float socks are knitted from the toe up, with Judyʼs Magic Cast-On for standard toe and Afterthought heel with adjustable foot length. The socks have a reversible colorwork motif, knitted with 2 colors, and the strands in MC stays in back and ones in CC stays in front. The tension of the strands is important for the final look. Regardless of the strands in the front or in the back, they are worked with the tension similar to the traditional stranded colorwork. The toe and cuff ribbing are worked in MC only.
The needles will be referred to as “top needle” (TN) and “bottom needle” (BN).
The socks can be knitted using the Magic Loop method, DPNs or small circumference needles.
