Icicle Capelet -- Easy Mini Shawl

I just love the way this dressy little capelet finishes an outfit! I designed this as a stylish winter wrap for an evening dress, but it looks just as fabulous with jeans and a tank top. This can be worn off the shoulders, asymmetrically, wrapped up tight against the neck….so many possibilities. Tie it with a length of silk ribbon, or use a brooch fastener to secure it.
