Icy Beads
This dress uses a picot cast on, there is a you tube for this. But you can also just use a regular long-tail cast on.
I think this yarn, tho it’s called lace, is a little heavier than most yarns labeled as lace weight. Not quite fingering, tho, so be sure to check your gauge. I like this yarn as it has a nice soft drape for this dress.
It also uses most of a skein of the main color but only a little of the contrast. I’m sorry but I did not keep track of actual yardage.
