Idrial of Lothlórienuses is a female Elven Warrior, from The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age, who uses spirit powers in combat, mainly healing powers and water magic. This Elvish hat is so named for the magical nature of her powers. A provisional cast on is used and the knitting begins from the bottom up, knitting the hat first. Remove the waste yarn carefully as you put the live stitches back on your needles to knit the leaves that adorn the bottom of the hat.
