The Igloo Reef Scarf is the second release in the Igloo Reef Collection. This pattern contains a fun combination of stitches simple enough for an beginner who has mastered the basics of crochet.

MATERIALS

• Red Heart Super Saver in Reef and Aran
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
• 6mm J-10 hook

PATTERN NOTES

• Gauge swatch of 3” by 3” is 8 rows by 10 hdc
• Completed scarf measures approximately 7” wide by 48” long. To make scarf longer increase starting chain in sets of 3, and to make scarf shorter decrease chain in sets of 3
• Any worsted weight yarn will work for this pattern
• Chain 1 at beginning of rows does not count as a stitch

• HDC-half double crochet
• DC-double crochet
• CL-cluster; sc, hdc, & dc all in same stitch
