The Illusion Blanket was inspired by the need for an extra blanket for my son’s new bed for the winter season. Stripes and squares just didn’t seem to fit him, so I came up with this.
The pattern is for a blanket 58” x 78”, which fits a twin bed nicely.
You will need to know how to do fsc(foundation sc), as well as other basic crochet stitches.
You will need a 6.00mm hook and approximately 28 ozs worsted weight yarn in blue and white and 30 ozs worsted weight yarn in black (or colors of choice).
The pattern includes lots of pictures to help you along the way.
Illusion shapes are sewn together.
