This outfit comprises of a sweater which fastens with a 3 button back fastening and has an illusion box pattern border around the bottom of the sweater and sleeves.There is a hat with the same pattern to match the sweater. A pair of pants completes the outfit. This pattern is my own design

MATERIALS
Approx 40 grms of DK knitting yarn (worsted weight US) in yellow, 40 grms navy
1 pair (8 UK) (6 US) (4mm) metric knitting needles or size to achieve a tension of 5st to the inch, 3 buttons for back opening of sweater,
ABBREVIATIONS
P purl, K Knit, tog together, . sts stitches, inc increase, by knitting into the front and back of same stitch, dec, decrease, by knitting 2sts together rep. Repeat, gtr st (every row knit,) st st stocking stitch, (stockinette stitch US) (1 row knit, 1 row purl)
