I'm Dreaming of a Green Christmas
This little guy whips up in an afternoon… maybe during a snow storm ;)
This pattern uses American terms so in reference to a single crochet that’s a double for those across the pond and half double would be a half treble.
The one on the right was used in a lighter size 4 the green was a Pattons Canadiana yarn and the body was Caron Simply Soft in Bone. With the lighter yarn I used 8mm safety eyes instead.
Tools and Materials:
Green yarn - I used Bernat Premium Spring Green worsted weight
Brown yarn - I used Bernat Premium Taupe Heather worsted weight
Scrap yarn or ribbon to hang ornaments (optional)
2 9mm safety eyes - you can choose to embroider them instead if you prefer
3.5mm - 4mm crochet hook
6mm crochet hook
1” button to secure ornament inside head to help keep shape (optional)

Scissors
Polyfill stuffing
Stitch marker
