Die Kaninchenbau Socks haben eine Bumerang Ferse mit Spickel, die besonders gut sitzt und auch für einen höheren Spann geeignet ist. Die Spitze ist besonders einfach gehalten und vermeidet die auseinandergezogenen Maschen, die oft bei der Bandspitze auftreten.
Die Anleitung enthält Fototutorials zum Farbübergang beim Ringelmuster, den Doppelmaschen und den Zunahmen. Das Hebemaschenmuster am Fuß ist als Chart und zusätzlich schriftlich erklärt.
