• Aran Weight, sample used Debbie Bliss Fez (85% merion, 15% camel)
• Yarn A, Gray – 155 yards / 145 meters
• Yarn B, Blue – 10 yards / 10 meters

Needles

• US #7 / 4.0 mm, or change needle to obtain gauge
• 2 sizes smaller needle for ribbing

Gauge

• 20 sts x 24 rows = 4” x 4” / 10 cm x 10 cm

Design and Construction

• Hat is knitted from bottom up in round.
• 2 sts decreased on every decrease round for the crown.
• Contrast color arrow is knitted in flat by picking up stitches along the row first.
