C1: The Uncommon Thread Everyday Sport (100% superwash merino; 328 yds / 300 m – 100 g), colourway Golden Praline. 1 skein.
C2: Jalovilla Uuhi (100% Finnish wool; 252 yds / 230 m – 100 g), colourway Valkea. 2 skeins.
C3: The natural Dye Studio Primavera DK (100% merino; 246 yds / 225 m – 100 g), colourway Alkanet 1. 1 skein.

Or approx. 328 yds / 300 m of sport-weight yarn AND 428 yds / 392 m for C2 AND 246 yds / 225 m for C3 of DK-weight yarn.

NEEDLES
US 4 / 3.5 mm 80–100 cm circular needles.

GAUGE
17 sts x 22 rows = 4” / 10 cm in textured pattern using DK-weight yarn, after blocking.

NOTES
This is a rectangular shawl worked from one short end to another. It begins with sport-weight yarn and then the stitch count is adjusted to continue the shawl in DK-weight yarn.

You can easily use 1–3 colours for the DK sections. The sample shawl uses 2, but due to the blocks, changing the number is easy.

You can lengthen the shawl by working more pattern repeats in the DK sections.
