Imbolc is the traditional Gaelic festival that celebrates the first signs of spring. This crocheted shrawl (a shawl that hugs your shoulders like a shrug) in DK weight yarn mimics the early purple crocus and white snowdrop struggling through the snow and moss to give us hope that spring has arrived. Crocheted in the round with embedded short rows, this garment can be worn front or back while holding in place without ends to tie or the need of a shawl pin. Great for keeping shoulders and back warm on those colder spring mornings.
Color 1 Cream 340 yards, Color 2 aster 75 yards, color 3 rosemary 210 yards.
