Tension
* 18 sts = 10 cm over stocking stitch.

Needles and Notions

• 5 mm (US 8) straight needles. Or size required to obtain gauge. cable
• needle 2 x lockable stitch markers
• wool needle sewing needle and matching thread
• 1.5 cm (⁵⁄₈ in) diameter button
• Lightweight cotton print fabric (optional) approx 40cm (15 3⁄4 in) x 16cm(6 ¹⁄₄ in). Measurement provides a seam allowance of 1 cm (³⁄8 in)
